At MyFlurrys, customer satisfaction is important to us. We ensure that all products are carefully packed and delivered in the best condition. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to the nature of pet food products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Product package is opened or damaged during delivery

Missing items in the order
To request a return, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind after delivery

Incorrect orders placed by the customer

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
As pet food is a consumable product, returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase
For COD orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.
4. Replacement Policy

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
6. Shipping Delays
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier service, and external conditions. Delays caused by courier partners are not eligible for refunds unless the order is lost or severely damaged.
